A Lungo contains on average no more caffeine than an Espresso. The amount of caffeine in L'OR Espresso and L'OR Espresso Lungo ranges between 50 and 75 mg per cup. This depends on the amount of coffee in the capsule, the amount of Robusta used in a blend (Robusta contains more caffeine than Arabica), and the natural differences in the coffee throughout the season.

Coffee is naturally low in calories. A cup of coffee without added sugar or milk contains on average only one calorie.

The L'OR aluminum capsule is specially designed for use in Nespresso®* coffee machines. Exceptions to this are the models: U®*, Umilk®*, Expert®*, Expert&Milk®*, Prodigio®* and Prodigio&Milk®* purchased after July 25, 2016.
